FAQs

How do I start buying stuff?

Once you’ve taken the few minutes to register, you can start shopping! Simply click on the item you want, choose the size and color and ADD TO CART. When you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and view/edit your purchases before making payment. 

 

I can’t seem to add the item I want!

A message saying you’re not able to add the selected item could mean the item is out of stock for your selected size and color. You can send us an email and we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE within Singapore! 

For express shipping and international rates, refer to our Shipping page. 

 

How quickly can I get my items?

Within Singapore, we deliver for FREE within 1-3 working days. If you require your order urgently, we offer express next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm for $15. 

If our couriers are unable to reach you after 3 attempts, your package will be returned to us.  We charge $10 for redelivery. 

For international shipping, we will still process and dispatch your order within 1-3 days. Your package should arrive between 2-4 days after it has left our facility. Should there be any unexpected delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.  Our preferred international courier is DHL Express. 

Do note that for international orders, any applicable custom duty/tax will be your responsibility.

Are Brazilian sizes similar to Asian sizes?

Depending on the product, they may run a little bigger compared to the brands we get here. Check out our easy to use size chart to find your size. Each brand we carry has its own size chart.

 

My item is defective! What should I do?

All our items are individually checked, but if one did slip through, get in touch with us via email within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement if available as soon as possible. If no replacement is available, we will reimburse the amount through store credit. To help us along, include details of your purchase and a picture of the defect. Be sure to leave the tags in tact!  

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns on most of our regular priced items, except for items on sale, as well as swimwear and inner wear for hygiene reasons. Only items in the condition they were received (with their tags in tact) can be returned. Please get in touch with us via email within 14 days (from delivery date) for return/exchange instructions. We will reimburse you the purchase price through store credit, to be used within 6 months. For overseas returns where delivery charges were incurred, we will not be able to refund the delivery cost or the cost of postage incurred for the return.
